My farrier was competing in body building competitions and I would always see his progress every 65 days or so when he would come back and trim my horses... It took me a couple years of wanting, failing and finally giving into the and dedicating the changes I needed to do. Im so happy I have such a good roll model that got me going and has helped me keep going.

I love working out because I feel so much better the rest of the day. Im getting stronger and less fatigued and I love my workout group.. Im setting a good example for my parents and others around me. That makes me feel really good about myself and lets me know my progress is worth something.
