Well another year and more muscle to build. I know that this is my year to move forward if I am gonna do this. I am positive and ready to push myself forward. Good luck to everyone this year and remember its all about making yourself happy and strong of course ;)

When I work out the stress sweats right out of my skin. It's a social thing....something to do that is good for my body and mind.
