Left my home country of Sweden in 1996 to work abroad and totally immersed myself in work and forgot health and fitness.
When I returned to the Nordic countries (Finland) and the life led there with more time spent outdoors and more health awareness I realised just how bad a state I had reached.
So I started trying to get back to a healthier weight and fitness level.
I did P90X - which I enjoyed and which gave results. I stopped during a stressfull move back to Sweden but I realised that to loose weight and improve my fitness level weight lifting/bodybuilding is the fastest most effective way.
I love to train and feel empty and tired if I do not get to exercise.
I love doing many different type of exercises - plyo, yoga, lifting (prefer free weights), body weight exercises, running, rowing, cycling, martial arts.
Lifting is however the favorite and the one exercise that can be done in the shortest time with the most gains.
Have to hold myself back a little, to listen to my body and take the rest that my body needs.
