I used to be 191Ib! (Fat & Unhealthy) I felt just dreadful and ashamed of what I had done to myself, Ive never been skinny, slim or athletic. I also have diabetes and I just decided enough was enough, I had to help myself.
I am the luckiest women in the World, my husband is my best friend and best ever support network. He has helped me through all the blood sweat and tears! I Yo-Yo dieted for years and got the weight off bit by bit, but then I had all the wobbly bits! We were transferred to the States, to Panama City, FL. I found my feet and started running, this gave me such a boost in confidence, a great way to de-stress! But I new this would result in "Skinny Fat"
I then found the most amazing trainer, ex-bodybulider and a sports nutritionist... This is when my transformation really started to happen! I am now a certificate CFT with ISSA and working towards my SFN, FN & SN!!!
Secretly I'd love to have the Bikini Physique :)
Exercise has changed my life dramatically, I am still Krissy but a happier Krissy! Since achieving a 4.0 on my CFT it open a whole knew world and this world should have always been! Lifting Weights is empowering for someone who never realised their body suits lifting... It makes me happy to teach others what I've learnt down my twisting road to success!
