I think I have always wanted to be bigger and stronger, but didn't grow up around others that wanted it too. Started lifting in Oct 2013 and never went back. I am always looking to learn things and get better.

I started after I caught myself enjoying more and more lifting channels on youtube. I thought to myself, let's just do it. Haven't looked back.

There are a lot on inconsistencies in life, Iron is not one of them. Iron shows you how hard you have been working and stressing your body.
It gives me a sense of accomplishment seeing week after week, that I am progressing towards my goals.
