Was in shape and working out till my wife left me in 2012. I started to drink and not watch what I eat. After 2 years of this, I decided it was time to hit th gym and make a change. In the first month I have dropped 5 pounds from 248 to 243.
UPDATE 2016: Currently moved to Sweden for work and have dropped about 10 pounds since, but have yet to lose anymore weight. Work long hours and have ignored the gym for about a year, but i recently decided to forgo sleep and get up at 3:30am to workout. This was my only option if I want change. I decided to give me a 6 month goal to lose 35 pounds.
I hit the gym twice a day, 6 days a week. Cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and then weight lifting in the afternoon. I love hitting the gym, as my body does feels better and I have more energy throughout the day. The feeling of losing weight and gaining muscele keeps me motivated. I no longer want to live the life of being overweight, time for a life change.
UPDATE 2016: I see so many making positive changes in their life and I am jealous. I love the gym and miss the gym because of how great I felt and the amazing feeling of transforming my body to how I wanted to make it look. I see so many great looking bodies and I see there dedication and hard work pay off. I need positive goals in life and this is it.
