It was a secondary sport for me back in time when football was my passion, my talent, my hobby and my life. I was so close to make it as a professional player, but because of some political trivial reasons, it just wasn't meant to be. I was still practising my love with football as an amatuer until injuries started to appear. I abused my body a lot in football so I was off of the game several times recovering which was really depressing. I realized that I had to begin strengthening my legs and my body so I can just be a better stronger player. At that time, Iron bug infection caught me. I was enjoying working out as much as football. Now I enjoy working out more than any other thing ;)
I began playing football since I was 4 up to 19. And I can't deny that I acquired the greatest people and friends of my life from this game. It was a lifestyle. It was like the pivot of my life and me revolving around it. However, when I first touched dumbbells, I loved the pump feeling, I loved that you control your whole environment in the gym, you control the ins and the outs there, and if you did it right there, you will love the outcome of your hard work, your self-confidence will increase merely from the idea that putting in the right and smart effort and plans will pay off. Therefore, believe me, you will trust your choices and selections more. It's a good place to learn from especially when you face setbacks and ordeals and know how to handle them. Then, go and apply that on real life outside of the gym. In a nutshell, it's love it's not work. Enjooooy it.
