First off, I just want to say I am not here to meet guys. I'm here to learn and share my fitness journey.
With that being said, I have always been athletic my whole life. Once I started my college years, I developed bad habits like drinking and eating late at night. I was enjoying myself so much that I didn't realize I had put on 40 pounds of weight. I hit a whopping 182 pounds!!! I was so depressed and disappointed but instead of pushing myself to do something about it I continued to suppressed my emotions and stress with food! I whined and whined about my weight for the LONGEST time. I had heard and learned about clean eating and subscribed to the Oxygen magazine the summer of 2011. I lost about 10 pounds doing Insanity with eating semi-clean. I gained about 5 back and had ENOUGH. Finally, I graduated college and started a new job. I felt like a new woman. I began to set goals for myself. I joined 24-hour fitness and was introduced to Turbo Kick. I finally found a cardio I LOVED! I then threw out all processed foods in my house and ATE CLEAN FOR GOOD! I've lost some weight but am so excited to be introduced to Jamie Eason's LiveFit Training!
After lifting heavy...I wanted a change. It was too easy to eat clean 5 days a week and then binge on the weekends....so I discovered Layne Norton and the IIFYM lifestyle....My life is never better and I have lost over 25 pounds on IIFYM and I can still enjoy the things I love to eat!!!! :D
