I have worked out since I was 12. However when the boyfriend and I moved in together I fell off track and didn't work out for 2 years. I've now balanced my life and maintained a steady workout regimen. Working out is not a fad. It is a lifestyle. You either do it year round or you will always play catch up. Just my opinion
9/15/15(updated) since having my daughter i fell off for a while. I had a tough pregnancy and couldnt do much from 7 months pregnant and on. Took me a year just to get my stamina back. It was seriously a struggle for me. Ive lost 30 lbs so far. Im focused on my new journey. Life lesson; never let your struggles over come you. Pick yourself up and keep pushing no matter how hard it is. Keep it moving. Failure isnt an option
It is my stress reliever. If I need to think or clear my head, I run. It has helped me coope with life & all its tragedies. I used to use alcohol to help me, now have fitness. I've completly turned my life around and for the better. =)
