Growing up has been rough. I was always known as "big nick" and on many occasions been called fat. My self esteem was low, so approaching girls was not an easy task. A group of my friends started going to the gym and all seemed to have a good time. At first i told myself there was no point Ive tried dieting in the past but i always ended up bouncing back to my "normal fat" weight. Then one day randomly browsing Netflix i watched this documentary "Fat sick and Nearly Dead" it inspired me to change my diet and go to the gym. After a couple of weeks of working out i was feeling great and my dedication to losing weight only increased.
After Physical changes were apparent from my change in working out, i got a lot of compliments on my weight loss. I don't think the people who complimented me knew it, but it empowered me to work even harder. To this day i work hard to stay healthy and achieve the body Ive always desired.
