I was a small guy in high school, and I have a family friend that is into bodybuilding. I asked him to bring me to his gym once and I pushed through the begining stage when I was all discouraged, and I proceeded to become one of those people that loves working out through hard work, dedication, and studying. I hired a trainer to teach me proper form. I read articles on the internet, Muscle and Fitness Magazine, and Mens Health Magazine. I am an athlete at heart. I used to wrestle. I went to college to wrestle. Then stopped because school was too difficult so I started running track because it doesn't take up as much time. Now I joined the marine corps. I have a 295 PFT and a 299 CFT. I hope to make them both 300s very shortly.
The rush you get. The feeling of accomplishment. The next day when I wake up and my body is like "f*** you, I dont want to move"
