I've always been fond of my food! During my childhood I steadily gained weight. During secondary school I played rugby which kept my weight in check a little however when I left school my weight started to climb again. Mostly due to my sedentary job and my love of partying and beer. At my heaviest I was 20 st (280lbs-127kg) ill try to find a photo. Something needed done. I went on lighter life which is a very low calorie diet. I was on It for 6 months and lost 6st (84lb - 38kg).
It left me with next to no muscle and loose skin. It was a starting point and from then on I've been going to the gym.
Granted some months I'm more dedicated then others but its been a fairly steady thing in my life for a few years now.
In Feb 2013 I started the Kris Gethin 12 week program. It's the most dedicated thing I've done so far in the gym. It's sorted my diet and my gym regime. I'm getting great results and I'm very happy with it so far.
