I started bodybuilding in the mid 70s and was inspired by Arnold,Mike Franco, Shawn Ray, Lee Priest, right before Christmas my dad had to go to the Hospital because of his heart,,(at 55 my body weight was 312 and it had been that way for a good five year years)...in the hospital my dads doctor turn to me and simply turn to me and said get healthy son and loose the weight or we will be looking at you here soon. That was late back inlate December of 2011,,,then I my body fat percentage was over 30 % now I currently weighed at the doctor on 1/10/2014 at 290
