Due to lifes unfortunate events, I got down in the dumps and before I knew it, I was so out of shape and hated life even more because of it. I got up one day, tired of how I had been feeling and said OK, this is it.... Time for a change. I have been hard at it ever since and I have fallen madly in love with anything health/fitness.

I love to feel the strength I have gained. Seeing, feeling and doing something I knew was phsyically impossible for me not too long ago.... It's undescribable.
