Started going to gym when I was 17 just as to keep fit. Started more seriously and dedication when I had more knowledge when I was 28.

Love to see the changes in my body and reach my goals through training and manipulating my diet to see how I change. Would love to get on stage and compete some day, that's my ultimate goal, or to feature as a fitness model
