Just wanted to feel and look fit....tired of just sitting on the couch when I could be in the gym taking care of me for a change. Being a mom of two boys sometimes I forgot about me.

It feels so could to inspire other people I am no where near my goal but I have come far from where I was. All the time I hear it from other people you look great what are you doing. I tell them and I hope to just motivate someone else someday. It's a lifestyle just like anything else but it's a positive lifestyle.
