I got started back in 8th grade when I realized how much weight I had gained from starting middle school. Not being properly educated in calories teamed up with working out my weight plummeted to 115 lbs. Doctors diagnosed me with anorexia within thinking twice and would not educate me in proper nutrition; instead pushing a lb of butter on me per day(with threatening that they would hospitalize me). Even though all of my blood work came back amazing. At that point weights became a part of my everyday routine. My weight went up and down(within 20-30 lbs) through until 2004. Books of nutrition and working out became my only hobby at this point. No one could tell me otherwise. From 2000-present fitness has been my passion. The diet part of it has been the hardest for me. After the birth of my daughter in 2007 I had gotten to my pre-pregnancy weight(even down further by 5 lbs) within 3-4 months. In Feb. 16th of this year I had my son. Gaining 40 lbs by the end of pregnancy; having 5 lbs left to get to my pre-pregnancy weight, but I lost a lot of my muscle mass. Due to a very rough pregnancy I worked out only very cardio.
