I have always enjoyed exercising, but I always focused on cardio, afraid that I would get bulky. However as I've gotten older, I've developed a new appreciation for how beautiful and youthful muscle looks on a female body. I no longer want to be "skinny", but strong and fit.

I love working out because it makes me feel empowered, healthy, and strong. I want to be a good role model for my children and set an example of a healthy lifestyle.
