I became interested in playing varsity rugby. I have always been somewhat overweight, and have tried many times to diet or to change my lifestyle. Now that i have a real goal to play rugby (and not to just "lose weight) and to keep up with the game, i have motivation to stay on track with my workouts. I am more interested in building muscle and decreasing body fat ratio as opposed to what it just says on the scale.

Working out creates a sense of release for me. Also it is a great way to set a goal for yourself and to accomplish it.
