Grew up on a busy farm where you worked outside with the animals so I've always been lunging, lifting and running since I was young. I started lifting in a gym at age 16 and fell in love with everything about it. I found I could move a decent amount of weight and became adamant about learning technique, finding more exercises, adding in protein powders, and got into fitness magazines (M&F Hers, Oxygen) to just kept at it learning technique and nutrition. I turned my love into a career and got a degree in exercise science along with a NASM CPT and now help others discover their abilities and feel empowered by the weights.
The fitness center is where I feel like myself, I put my headphones on and go to work. I love weightlifting, kickboxing, step workouts, and competing. It's a must for me. Everything centers around my workouts so I can maximize my potential and create the body I know I can have, becoming a professional bodybuilder. I grin as I push myself, the rest of the day I can take on anything.
