I never really began working out until college. Prior to that I was training extensively in Martial Arts. I began to lift out of admiration of my father who competed in amateur. I always wanted to be like him but I lacked the great genetics he had. My father is German and my mother Mexican. So I inherited some of my fatherâs size and a lot of his strength. Thank God! So I trained and I trained hard once I started, 2-3 times a day I was grabbing weights and doing something. I began to gain size and my strength came bursting through. Then 3 years ago I tore my shoulder and it put me back a bit. I rehabbed it as well as I could but I didnât listen to my doctors and began training as hard as possible again. Stupid me, it still hurts and limits me on so many exercises. Then in December the week before Christmas I had surgery which they made 4 incisions through my abdominals and that left me without training for at least 6 weeks and here I am again. Trying to gain as much as I can that I lost and it has been a long hard road and gains have been difficult since I am still restricted in some of my lifting due to my abdominals. Wish me luck I need it. I want to be HUGE!!!
I love to work out for several reasons. First I love the attention. I may not be like a lot of the great bodybuilders on here but i am trying and a lot of people notice that. I always get in the zone when i train so it relaxes me and excites me at the same time. Getting the "PUMP" is one of the best feelings out there.
