I've always thought of myself as "healthy" until I deployed to Iraq in Sep 09. This is when I started to lift weights and immediately noticed a change in my body.

Working out makes me feel like I can do anything. I get in the zone and nothing can stop me. I like being able to control my results and understanding my body.
