My boyfriend of over 4 years started bodybuilding shortly after we started dating and we went to his first competition in April of 2013 and second competition on May 3rd of 2014 where he took home his first trophy! He has always been supportive of anything I do, including whether I want to be fit or not. I decided I wanted to change my lifestyle and start eating healthier and going to the gym with his help and guidance. With his support I lost 15 pounds in three months. Now that I achieved my goal weight, my new goal is to gain muscle mass and continue to decrease my body fat percentage.
I like to work out because it makes me feel better about myself and I always feel great when I leave the gym. I love eating healthy because I feel good about what I'm eating, instead of eating junk food and feeling guilty. I live in a small town where there is not much to do. Working out and experimenting with cooking healthy foods keeps me busy.
