I recently decided to take fitness to a different level for myself. I see all of these inspiring individuals on this site. People that have come SO FAR in their own fitness journeys, it's just inspiring and empowering.
I want to be a success story. I want to have a before and after. I want to succeed.
It's my goal to be Ruff and Buff and Tuff by the time I'm 30. That's a year away. Totally do-able.
