I've always been considered "too thin." According to my BMI (although this does not take into account my tiny bone structure) I am 20-25 lbs underweight. I want to gain healthy weight (muscle not fat). So, I decided to take a more aggressive approach with weight lifting.

I'm a healthy fit girl, but just want a little extra curve on my body. ;)
