I was extremely obese as a teenager. I played football and basketball but was just overly fat due to hormone imbalance and physical ailments. I 'worked out' but never knew a thing about the science behind it for more than a decade. I lived in Mexico from 2004-2006 and during that time lost over 150 pounds. Went from 325 to 175 pounds. At 6'4" needless to say that wasn't all fat I lost.. I was a twig with no muscle mass and a lot of loose skin. After home I started doing the basics, and eating more and got up to 200 pounds and was physically very healthy, yet not muscles at all. In 2009 I had an abdominoplasty to get rid of 10 pounds of loose skin and insane stretch marks that never tightened up after my dramatic weight loss.
