I've always been the athletic type. I've had the body of a cross-country runner in high school, and gained some weight while in the Army. I felt stronger, I looked better...I started doing acrobatics and continued my martial arts training in Capoeira. Now that I'm a bit older and can't do all the things I used to, my current project is to gain at least 180 lbs of lean mass.
