I started working out because I was really skinny, I didn't know how to eat properly and I was constantly sick, tired and lazy all the time. I hated every kind sports. So I never tought that I could actually like to do anything related. Bodybuilding changed the way I live, the way I relate with food, and with life. It tought me how to be consistent and focused on my goals. I love to motivate and inspire everyone, friends and family about nutrition and exercise, because it changed my life so is great to live a healthy lifestyle.
I love because is a 24/7 sport. You can't do half workout and go home. You have to live it. Be it. And I love the fact that in bodybuilding everyone can accomplish great things, you think you have changed your body, but you also change your mind, how you see yourself and how you deal with others, you become a source of strenght for others. Is really about being focused, have determination, going trough pain, difficult times, or maybe just bad mood and lack of motivation, but staying true to yourseld and focused on your goals and helping others achieved theirs too.
