I currently live a healthy way of life in every facet. I grew up in an unhealthy lifestyle through childhood. The majority of my family is obese with multiple health problems. In high school I lost 80 lbs. Through majority of college I would live a healthier lifestyle for a few months and revert back to the old ways for several years. In early August 2012 I committed myself to changing my life forever. I follow a strict routine that includes about 5 days a week and 10 hours at the gym. I have cut alcohol, soda, fast food and sweets from my diet. Even though I am in college I make time to count all my calories every single day since early August. The lifestyle I chose to live has made me assess my priorities such as social life. The results have been a weight drop of 25 lbs, down 10% body fat, and I am in the best shape I have ever been in physically.
The result of living a healthy way of life has changed my life not only physically, but mentally. I look to continue to live this lifestyle and help others in their journeys. I want others to believe that a healthy way of life physically; transitions into your everyday life in everything you do. I want to continue to become a better person daily; as I challenge my body and mind. I look forward to inspiring others along the way!
