I hurt my back lifting my 2 boys. It happened twice. I felt like I had enough of not feeling strong or fit so I decided to give weights a try. It was totally one of the best decisions of my life. I feel awesome healthy and fit. That is the main reason why I keep doing it and the end result is that I lost body fat and dropped 3 clothe sizes :)
