I started lifting back in high school for fun. I never took it too serious because I had no goals for it. I have lifted off and on over the course of my life often taking long breaks in between cycles. As you can tell by my pictures, it looks like I take more time off then I do time on. Sometimes I hit it hard and other times, I just gaff-it-off. I hope by joining this website, it will motivate me to train harder and be less destructive of my body.

I don't like being fat because it makes me feel like ****. Working out makes me feel good inside and out. I also need to be in shape for my profession.
