I used to work out years ago with an ex. we would met at the gym a few days a week, after school and work. This was back when I was a youngen' in college and didn't gain much fat and gained muscle fairly quickly for my petite frame. Then a series of starting and stopping with different levels of commitment.
Had shoulder surgery a few summers ago and have been working out less since. Trying to start up again and not have any more surgeries!
Updating and opps had another shoulder surgery Aug 29 2016. Trying to put on more muscle and get stronger but aesthetics is priority but being strong is fun too!
trying to cut a few pounds for even in March and hope to start a long slow bulk in April/May through end of year, fingers crossed for sticking with it and gainz
I don't all the time. ;) When I stick to something I feel accomplished and proud of myself. When I see results (which is slow going) I feel better about my body. I don't tend to think of anything else when I am working out, it helps me get out of my head.
