when I was in 6th grade, there was this one ripped kid in my class and I wanted to be bigger and stronger than him. So, I turned to my uncle who is a bodybuilder and he gave me a workout for beginners That I could use with my cheap set of dumbells at home. Sometimes here and there I would take a visit my uncle in grand Rapids and he would take me to the gym with him. Ever since then, i liked working out but I haven't developed a passion for it until I was around 16 and that's when I started to actually pay attention to what I eat.
