I have played sports my entire life however it wasn't as frequent as I got older. I started going to the gym regularly and have been trying all different workouts, really mixing things up. I've always wanted to do a bikini competition and decided to find one in my area to set my goal for. It took over a year of thinking about it and ensuring that my commitment to this goal is firm. I also had many stomach concerns that often prevented me from engaging in intense workouts. Once that was under control (I managed it through juicing, healthy eating, and yoga), I found the date of the competition. I have built up a positive support system for this goal of competing in a bikini competition in May. My twin and best friend are getting married this year so that adds to the motivation. Working out is fantastic because it relieves stress, helps me look great, and allows me to feel both inner and outer strength. I love accomplishing new goals and expanding my ideas of what I am capable of,
