Ive always been a really skinny guy , my whole entire life all the way through highschool , and a few semesters of college..eventually I got tired of it , a lot of people doubted me that summer of 2009,when i told them im going to make a big change and begin lifting . I started out at 6'1 156lbs :( , like i said i was very thin , no matter what i ate for some reason i couldn't gain any weight..i eventually started lifting taking supplements , mostly weight gainers (iso mass, big mass 250 , nlarge) just about any mass gainer that you could think of...the first few months i was getting pretty decent gains, a buddy of mine begin lifting withme maybe a month after i started lifted we were around the same size..We were each others motivationn ...we busted our asses in the gym nonstop that whole year.. we began settting goals for our self , 165 ,175 ,185lbs..then i peaked out lol...after a year and a half i was stuck at 190 forever !!Years went by , i joined the army in 2012 , had a major setback in basic training, i dropped down to 179lb because of the lack of weightlifting you do while training but got right back on track after AIT...jumping to 210 after changing my diet completely , eating clean, training insane...Right now im Currently deployed in Afghanistan and im 205 lbs..10%bf at 6'1 , I plan on entering my first show months after i return depending on how my physic looks....my buddy stopped lifting years ago and hes back at 170 lol...Now instead of everyone knowing of me as the Skinny tall guy , everyone knows me as the BIG ARMy GUY... stay motivated people, never give up , results will come in time!
