I use to workout but I was very skinny and did not eat much so was supper skinny and ever so slightly cut. I broke my ankle and stopped working out for 2 months, it was hard as I was in middle school at the time so my workouts were bare minimum and with taking 2 months off I got to comfortable with being lazy and stopped until I got into high school and lifted for my sports P.E class but I fell out of it and focused on other things. Years later and once I got into College I started for many reasons (see my "Why I Love Bodybuilding/Working Out" Description).
I love body building not only for its therapy, how it makes me feel, but also how I feel not only more confident but happier, healthier, and overall just amazing. The gym has done so much more than make me feel and look better, it has also made me more confident to talk to people, happier with my life, and so much more ! The gym is honestly my favorite place to be ! I am thankful for information I also pull from this site to help me reach my goals. One day I hope to compete and possibly become sponsored !
