I love my body. It is the one amazing thing I own. So I embrace, take care of it and improve it. I love a body that is lean, strong, and healthy. Bodybuilding is one amazing thing I can do to this bod. It trains it to be healthy through appropriate nutrition and work outs. It encourages hard work, discipline, dedication, and perseverance. It transforms this body slowly but surely to become my ideal physique.
