I have been playing football since middle school. Started really lifting for HS football and have been interested in training ever since. A friend of mine turned me on to physique side of bodybuilding and it has given me a new motivation in the gym.

My father was a really big influence because I always saw him working out when I was growing up. After football was over I finally got back into the gym and realized that it was my relaxation time if that makes sense. I love working out because its not about talking a good game or acting a good game. The proof is in your work and I have always believed that hard work pays off.
