I joined the gym a year after my twins were born because running wasn't enough. Originally my goal was to lose weight and feel about myself. I never imagined where the journey would take me.

I love working out because it has helped me make an amazing transformation, both mind and body. It is mine, whatever i choose to make it. It is 100% for me!! It is my sanity. There is nothing better than putting in my earbuds, turning on some jams and rocking out a kick ass workout! Knowing every ounce of sweat will be worth the result that I have and will achieve. I love knowing that I have the power to sculpt my body however I want. I love the challenge of pushing myself to the next level!
