I used to fit an active. I swam competitively and I developed my own pole fitness program and ran a studio. I moved and was hit with injury after injury, torn pec (2012), Hip labrum tear and cam impingement (2014), Bilateral 100% occlusion Popliteal Artery Entrapment (finally diagnosed in 2015 and had 4 MAJOR muscle resections in 2016).

My legs still aren't fixed but I feel like I have lost the person I identified most with. I gained A LOT of weight. I spent over 4 months of last year in a brace and unable to walk without assistance. Several more of those months I was in debilitating pain.

I am so happy to be cleared to work out. I have found a new motivation and even though my legs are still a giant question mark I'm just happy to be moving again and nothing can stop me.

I love testing my limits and challenging what I can/can't do.
