I have always been an athlete, but upon graduation from College in 2010, I fell in to a slump. In 2012 I found myself extremely lost, unhappy, unhealthy and the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I reached 200 lbs and was at about 27% body fat. In a single day, I chose to change my surroundings, attitude, and lifestyle.
I have now developed a list of philosophies that I like to live by every day. These philosophies keep me focused, motivated, and in the moment:
Nourish Your Mind Along With Your Body
Seek Knowledge
Move Your Body
Try New Things & Wak Through Your Fears
Make Time For Your Interests
Practice Mindfulness
Love Yourself
Create Big Goals and Small Milestones.
Cultivate New Relationships & Nourish Significant Relationships
Accentuate the Positives. Minimize The Negatives.
You Are In Control of Your Life!

I love training because of the growth it provides as an individual. Not only do we go through physical transformations but mental as well. I have gone and worked through some major life changes and struggles through health, wellness, and fitness.
Health & Welless has become my sanctuary and my therapy. I am able to slow down, think, and process what is going on in my life. I have learned to be in control of my mind and thoughts, which in turn, encourages positive and sustainable habits.
