First of all, I have never been consistent with working out. Yes, I have been lifting weights for about 9 years, but have never been structured enough to see the results of staying consistent for longer than 8 weeks. AND, my diet has NEVER been the way it should be.
I am excited to reap the benefits and see the results of working out hard throughout the entire twelve week training program. I am also excited to see the results of a proper diet and proper supplementation with the help of bodybuilding.com. I will start my program on January 22, 2013.
My passion for working out involves both physical and psychological feelings.
Physically, I LOVE the feeling of getting pumped up and seeing results. I love the idea of sculpting my body and looking great for beach season. There is nothing like doing cardio to start your day off! I also love the feeling of getting stronger.
Mentally, I love constantly striving to reach goals. Pride, of course, can actually be used for motivation to match or exceed others. There is no greater feeling than right after a great workout. It puts you in a great mood all day.
