When I was growing up, it was common to eat fast food and not be too concerned about nutrition or health. As I got older, I wanted to look better and found that eating well made me feel better too. Over the years since high school, I've run marathons, competed in triathlons, and prepped for natural men's physique shows. Right now, my goal is to be the healthiest and strongest person I can be. To be the best version of myself in all ways.

Working out has given me better health, challenging goals to work towards, and an awesome community to share life with. Can't imagine life without training!
