I started doing a little bit of working out back as a North Carolina boy when i was at Pinecrest High School millions of years ago. I found out at squats and leg extensions could give me strong legs when i wore my track shorts and all the girls loved it. I fell out of it when i became a Marine and i was lost until i started deploying to Iraq. During my deployments i loved the transformations my body went through and now i have found my inspiration to push myself to improve myself to TRANSFORM myself. Im inspired by challenge and being a Marine is a challenge no doubt, but being a deployed Marine who works out and makes the significant effort to improve himself is even greater.

I enjoy working out for many reasons. I love how my body feels after an intense workout and what I will transform into because of those intense workouts.
