I have been involved in sports since I was old enough to sign up and have always tried to excel to my fullest in every aspect of it. Growing up I was always built as a sprinter and jumper with quick bursts which kept me lean and light. I graduated high school weighing 120 at my still present height of 5'11. It wasn't until college until I started to focus a little more on gaining mass. Unfortunately during college I wasn't focused as much as I should of been due to all the "studying"...Finally now that I am out of college and have a job in which I can support actual healthy habits and use the gym to blow off some steam I have increased by 70 lbs+ in body size.
It has been a little over a year since I have started focusing more and following a more strict routine and nutritional guide and have been able to gain close to 28 lbs of lean muscle and drop about 17 lbs of fat.
