I started working out a few years ago. I remember looking at a picture from a family function and thinking "is that really me!?" "What has happened to me?" I knew right then and there I needed to change! I had no self confidence, I was starting to get depressed and my eating habits were starting to get out of control. I had a very bad body image of myself. I've done at home workout programs and lost about 30lbs up until last October when I got pregnant with my 1st child a little girl who is now almost 11months old :) I had gained 50lbs with her and did not exercise throughout my entire pregnancy and had regained all my old eating habits. Started doing at home programs again and am almost down 20lbs but want to put on more muscle and can't wait to try out Jamie Eason's 12 week program!
Once I started working out daily I have gained so much more energy, I love the way I feel after I've completed a workout and I love having people ask me what I do or what I have done! I want to inspire others along their journey because the hardest part about working out is staying motivated and keeping a positive attitude along with realizing that slow progress is progress!
