I had a ruff up bringing and made many choices that hurt me and those around me, but fitness has changed my life and relationships with family and friends. Long story short I started when I was a freshman in high school, I was surrounded by the wrong people and doing the wrong things. I tried out for the basketball team and was cut, I went home that night and stayed in my room all night and knew I had to make a change if I wanted to be an athlete. The next day i started over, I lost all my friends and quit all my bad habits. I trained all summer even if I had the flu I would shoot free throws. By next year I was a sophomore and led our team to the state championships being the leading scorer on varsity. I had the opportunity to play both college basketball or football but chose to walk away and work with my brother in a business that he started. I walked away from fitness again, I became a father and things got harder, I had a family tragedy and there I was in the same spot I was as a freshman. I was a single father and had a suitcase a pile of debt and my son and I moved in with my sister. Once again I was alone and turned to training and good old fashion hard work. I payed all my debt off working two jobs and going to school, got my own place and was on track. I then asked myself one day in 2010 why am I still training so hard? I am tired and have things to do, that is when I decided, I am going to chase my dream of becoming a fitness model!! And I did with no idea of what I was doing or diet etc. i signed up for muscle and fitness magazines male model search in 2010 and was a top 16 finalist and just ran with it from there.
