I started working out June 2012, because I was suffering from severe post pardom depression. I began by running 3-4 days a week, 11 months later I ran my first marathon. While running I began strength training and absolutely fell in love. I set a goal for myself in April 2013 to do a fitness competition. I thought it was going to take me at least a year to prep, but now a few months later I am getting ready for my first show, August 3, 2013! I am just beginning my physique career, and see no stopping! Working out and body building literally saved my sanity and have kept me in the best shape of my life! I wouldn't be the person I am today without the gym!

To look good naked! Ok in all seriousness I love the way it makes me look and feel. I have never felt better than I do now and I attribute that to my gym time. I love being able to inspire those around me to push themselves further and be a better them emotionally and physically. There is no better feeling than someone approaching you and telling you how you have helped change their lives because of your motivation and inspiration!
