The passing of my grandfather motivated me to live a healthier lifestyle. The journey of my health has been a long road that began in 2003, but I did not become as dedicated to it as I am now, until 2009. Since 2003, I have lost a total of 160 pounds of fat while adding on 20 pounds of muscle. I refuse to become a statistic and have kept the weight off for over 3 1/2 years now. I've sought out to show others that anything is possible with the right mindset and dedication to your desires and goals. I began fitness modeling and figure competing in 2011. I'm working towards my second competition in the Spring of 2014, as I took 2013 off to build more muscle. I'm 6', therefore my physique is difficult to add mass to. I want to come out strong in the 2014 year in hopes to get my "Pro" Card in the NGA organization. Thanks for reading...
It's a great stress reliever and I feel amazing when I'm done. I have more confidence and self esteem. I'm happier and much more focused. It's become very addicting over the years and everyday I push to be better than I was yesterday. Over the years, I know that I've only added years to my life... I hope to show others that they can as well.
