I started working in a gym when I was 15 and learned about technique and form. But I didn't really start getting big until I was in the Navy and that's when I really grew. I am not huge by any means but I put on about 50 lbs since then. Now more of that work than I like to admit has turned into chewed bubble gum (great mental Picture right). That is why I am here on this site now, I need to surround myself with like minded people so when I think about letting up or take a day off this site will keep me on my path. Weather that means finding a great article or a new workout, to seeking motivation from everyone on Bodyspace. And if anyone else needs motivation i will reciprocate the favor.
I love the way it makes me feel. I feel like I could take on the world when I am in the gym, nothing can stop me! That feeling last all day too. It is a feeling like I'm sure everyone on here is aware that is like nothing else; especially when you reach that goal or break through that plateau. I love stepping on the scale or looking in the mirror and seeing that change. Weather that is spotting a little more definition or seeing my weight go down. When I really get into working out is it like nothing else in the world!
